William "Bill" Glenn Sroufe

William “Bill” Glenn Sroufe, 69, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 in his home with his family by his side. He was born January 22, 1957, in Wilmington, Ohio, the son of Roy Glenn and Virginia Mae (Brown) Sroufe. Bill had owned his own lawn care business, and in recent years he had worked part-time at Home Depot. He enjoyed making and selling pens. Survivors include his loving wife, Cathy (Jones) Sroufe; three children, Joshua Fiehrer, Lucy Bauer and Charles Sroufe; stepson, Sam Moorman; stepdaughter, Julie Kopf (Shane McKenzie); and grandchildren, Calvin, Nora, and Mia, special nephew and niece, Richard and Tracey Keys and special friends, Wayne and Heather Myers. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Judy. No services are planned at this time. Arrangement entrusted to the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
