Marillyn Lee (Grasla) Day

Marillyn Lee Day, 92, of Springfield, passed away peacefully April 15, 2024, in Southbrook Care Center with her loving family by her side. She was born October 10, 1931, in Springfield, the daughter of George Arthur and Margaret (Shindler) Grasla. Marillyn attended the Emmanuel Promise Church and was a graduate of Springfield High School. She truly enjoyed spending time with her beloved family. Survivors include two children; Susan Rene Massie (Tony Daniel) and Athur McCarty (Ruth), grandchildren; Cody Matthew Jacobs (Shelbi) and Jenna Rene Massie. She was preceded in death by her husband; Thomas Day and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Monday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Linda Jones officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery. Condolences may be shared  at www.jkzfh.com.
