Donna Marie Bell, 61, of Springfield, passed away October 4, 2021, in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born January 10, 1960, in Cambridge, Ohio, the daughter of Arthur and Mary (Betzing) Shaffer. Mrs. Bell had been employed as a registered nurse. She is survived by her husband; Robert L Bell Jr., one son; Brent (Robin) Annon, one daughter; Nicole Bell, one granddaughter; Rebekka Annon, siblings; Randy Shaffer, Linda Betzing and Shelly Bebout and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons; Ronnie and Donnie Annon and James Walter Annon, siblings; Lenny Shaffer and Jeffrey Betzing and her parents. Private services will be held for Donna’s family.
