Bruce Allen “Buck” McAtee, 62, of Springfield, passed away November 2, 2018 in his residence. He was born September 17, 1956 in Greene County, Ohio, the son of Janet A. McAtee. Survivors include one daughter; Janet McAtee (David Sawyer), Springfield, one granddaughter; Peyton Sawyer, one brother; Fred K. McAtee, Springfield, one half sister; Phyllis (Dan) Oliver, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents (who raised him); Karl F. and Edna F. (Nay) McAtee, two sisters; Nancy Shell and Terri Gansheimer and a brother; Eddie Ferree. At Mr. McAtee’s request, his remains will be cremated and there will be no services. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com
